BBQ & Bingo Bash

April 23. 2023

BBQ & Bingo Bash is Aggies For Limbs' annual food event for this semester. A food event is held every April near Texas A&M University's campus and is open to all families. This event is a fun gathering where BBQ will be served and several rounds of bingo will be played with prizes given to the winners. 100% of proceeds will be given to Ashton's Angels. 

Help us raise money for those in need!

Check in will start at 1 PM. Check in will be at the pavilion. There will be free parking at the venue.

Tickets

  • Event early bird tickets  (sold until April 9th)​

    • $22 for bundle

    • $15 for t-shirt only

    • $10 for bbq plate and 1 bingo card

    • $2 for extra bingo cards

    • Ordering by 4/9 guarantees you an event t-shirt​

  • Event general admission tickets (sold from April 9th to April 23rd)

    • $17 for t-shirt

    • $12 for bbq plater and 1 bingo card

    • $2 for extra bingo cards

    • Ordering after 4/9 will be first come first serve for extra shirts

Donations

  • If you donate $100 or more then your name/logo will be put on the back of the event t-shirt.

    • For example: "The Tucker Family"

    • We must receive money and forms by April 9th for you to have your name/company on the shirts but we will continue to accept donations until April 23rd.
